Scan2Plate costs ₹499 per month per restaurant, and every feature is included at that price. There is no higher tier, no per-feature add-on and no per-device licence. Billing, QR ordering, digital menu, KOT, kitchen display, tables, inventory, staff and reports are all in the same ₹499.

Why there are no tiers
Tiered pricing solves a vendor's problem, not a restaurant's. It works by putting something you will eventually need behind a plan you are not on yet — usually the kitchen display, the inventory module, or the reports that would tell you whether the software is worth paying for.
The result is a headline price that is not the price. A restaurant compares ₹300 against ₹499, signs up, and discovers at the end of month two that the screen the kitchen actually needs sits one tier up.
One price avoids the conversation entirely. It also means we cannot quietly grow revenue by moving a feature you rely on into a higher plan later.
What is not included
Being specific here is more useful than a longer feature list.
- Payment gateway charges. If guests pay online, your payment provider takes its own percentage. That is between you and them.
- Hardware. Printers, tablets and counter machines are yours to buy. Nothing is proprietary, so you can use what you already own.
- Internet. Obviously — though the offline apps mean a dropped connection stops QR ordering rather than stopping billing.
- Recipe-level food costing. Scan2Plate tracks stock and purchases; it does not deduct grams of an ingredient per dish sold.
- Multi-branch head-office control. Each restaurant runs its own menu and numbering.
Working out what you pay today
Comparing monthly figures alone usually understates what an existing system costs. Before deciding, add up four things for whatever you run now.
- The subscription, at the tier you are actually on rather than the advertised entry price.
- Per-device or per-counter charges, multiplied by the number of billing points you run at peak.
- Modules bought separately — kitchen display, inventory and advanced reports are commonly priced apart from the base plan.
- Annual commitment, if you are paying for twelve months to get the monthly rate quoted.
The total is the number worth comparing with ₹499. For a single restaurant running two billing counters and using a kitchen screen, it is often the four figures above that decide it rather than the headline.
Who this price suits, and who it does not
It suits you if you run one restaurant, or a few run by the people who own them, and you would rather know the whole cost on day one than discover it on month three.
It suits you less if you are a large chain needing centralised control across many branches, or you depend on a specific aggregator or terminal integration. At that size the integration matters more than the monthly figure.
Questions restaurant owners ask about ₹499 a month
Is ₹499 per restaurant or per device?
Per restaurant. You can run billing on as many counters, tablets and phones inside that restaurant as you need without paying more. A second branch is a second restaurant and a second subscription, because it has its own menu, staff and bill numbering.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
No setup fee. The subscription is monthly, so there is no annual lock-in to sign before you have seen it run a real service. Set it up alongside your current system and keep that running until you have a month of reports you trust.
Will the price rise once I depend on it?
Any change to what you pay would apply from a renewal and be told to you before it takes effect, not applied silently. The structural protection is that there are no tiers, so a feature you already use cannot be moved into a plan you are not on.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your restaurant data is not deleted when a subscription lapses, and a failed payment keeps access through a grace period rather than cutting billing off mid-service. Export what you need for your accounts before closing an account for good.
