Questions restaurant owners ask about Scan2Plate
Who builds Scan2Plate?
Scan2Plate is built in India for Indian restaurants, by a small team that works directly with the restaurants using it. Feature decisions come from what owners hit during service rather than from a roadmap written in advance. Old Monk Cafe in Darbhanga was among the first restaurants running it.
Why is everything one price?
Because tiered pricing works by putting something a restaurant will eventually need behind a plan it is not on yet, which makes the headline figure meaningless. One price at ₹499 a month means the cost on day one is the cost in month twelve, and no feature can be moved into a higher tier later.
Is Scan2Plate suitable for a single restaurant?
Yes, that is what it is built for. A single restaurant or a small group run by the people who own it is the intended case. Large chains needing head-office control across many branches are better served elsewhere, and the pages here say so rather than leaving it to be discovered.
Where is Scan2Plate used?
Across India, by restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens and other food businesses. Pricing is in rupees, GST and KOT are built in rather than adapted, and the offline apps exist because Indian connectivity made them necessary.
